Free Exchange Reasons
When Can You Get Free Exchange?
- ✓If we sent you the wrong product, wrong size, or wrong color
- ✓If the product has any defects (torn, cracked, broken seams, or any manufacturing issues)
কখন আপনি ফ্রি এক্সচেঞ্জ পাবেন?
- ✓যদি আমরা আপনাকে ভুল পণ্য, ভুল সাইজ বা ভুল রঙ পাঠিয়ে থাকি
- ✓যদি পণ্যে কোনো ত্রুটি থাকে (ছেড়া, ফাটা, সেলাই খোলা বা অন্য কোনো উৎপাদন ত্রুটি)
Paid Exchange Reasons
When You Need to Pay for Exchange
If you selected the size yourself but it doesn't fit your body and you want to exchange it through courier within 3 days, you will need to pay:
- Inside Dhaka:150 TK (Courier Fee + Exchange Charge)
- Outside Dhaka:180 TK (Courier Fee + Exchange Charge)
কখন আপনাকে এক্সচেঞ্জের জন্য অর্থ প্রদান করতে হবে
যদি আপনি নিজে সাইজ নির্বাচন করেন কিন্তু তা আপনার গায়ে না লাগে এবং ৩ দিনের মধ্যে কুরিয়ারের মাধ্যমে এক্সচেঞ্জ করতে চান, তাহলে আপনাকে অর্থ প্রদান করতে হবে:
- ঢাকার ভেতরে:১৫০ টাকা (কুরিয়ার ফি + এক্সচেঞ্জ চার্জ)
- ঢাকার বাইরে:১৮০ টাকা (কুরিয়ার ফি + এক্সচেঞ্জ চার্জ)

Report Issues During Delivery
Any complaint or issue must be reported to the delivery person while they are present. This is important for documentation and to ensure we can help you properly.
ডেলিভারির সময় সমস্যা জানান
যেকোনো অভিযোগ বা সমস্যা ডেলিভারি ম্যান উপস্থিত থাকাকালীন জানাতে হবে। এটি ডকুমেন্টেশনের জন্য এবং আমাদের আপনাকে সঠিকভাবে সাহায্য করার জন্য অত্যন্ত গুরুত্বপূর্ণ।
